Welcome to MyPDFX. By using this website and its tools, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. MyPDFX is operated by a service provider registered as a freelancer in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

1. Service Description

MyPDFX provides a set of tools for processing PDF files and images (conversion, merging, splitting, compression, signing, and text extraction), with a focus on Arabic-language support. We may add, modify, or discontinue any tool at any time.

2. Account and Use

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information when registering.
• We may suspend or terminate any account that is misused or violates these terms, without prior notice.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload any unlawful content or content that infringes others' rights or intellectual property.
• Use the service for any fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
• Abuse resources (such as excessive automated use or attempts to bypass usage limits).
• Upload content containing malware or viruses.

You alone are responsible for the files you upload and for holding the necessary rights to process them.

4. Your Responsibility for Your Files

• You are the sole owner of the content you upload and bear sole responsibility for it.
• Because we do not store your files (see the Privacy Policy), it is your responsibility to keep a copy of your original files. We are not liable for any data loss.
• Some tools rely on a trusted third-party processing service; by using them, you agree to your document content being sent to it for processing.

5. Service Limits and Accuracy

• We strive to deliver high-quality results, but we do not guarantee 100% accuracy in conversions or text extraction, especially with scanned or low-quality documents.
• You must review and verify the output before relying on it for any official, legal, or financial purpose.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or error-free results. You use the service at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyPDFX and its operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data, profits, or business) arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. In all cases, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the three months preceding the event.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights to the platform, its design, logo, and software belong to MyPDFX. They may not be copied or reused without permission. The files you upload remain entirely yours.

9. Subscriptions and Payments

• A free plan is currently available. Paid plans may be offered in the future.
• When payments are activated, they will be subject to separate terms and a refund policy shown at the point of purchase.

10. Termination

We may suspend or discontinue the service (in whole or in part) or terminate any account that violates these terms, at any time.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts in the Kingdom shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
